"I use the breakout control facial cleanser every day, and absolutely love it. The product has a nice refreshing fragrance, not harsh, doesn't dry out my skin, and it works! No breakouts, maybe a little pimple every once in a while. I am definitely a fan, and will continue to use it."

"I've been using the Purifying Face Wash for a couple of months now and my face has never felt so clean! I use the whole acne system, but my favorite is the cleanser because it foams up perfectly, really cleans my face whether I'm wearing makeup or not, and doesn't leave my skin feeling dry even though I use it on a daily basis. The bonus is also that I haven't been getting those irritatingly huge zits anymore and my T-zone is less oily."

"The face wash is very gentle while still leaving my face feeling clean. I have found in the past some products that are very gentle on my skin tend to leave it a bit oily. The breakout control face wash builds a good lather and rises clean. My favorite product in the line."

"This product was exactly what I was looking for: something that I could feel working without being so strong that it damages my skin. With other products, if I forgot to use moisturizer after washing my face, I would feel almost chapped for the rest of the day because my skin would be so dry. I can afford to forget the lotion entirely after using this product because it doesn't dry my face out at all."

"I haven't used a toner on a regular basis so I don't have a great deal to compare to but I do enjoy using this product. In addition to everyday use within the system of these products I also use the toner as an aftershave. Again a very gentle easily absorbed product that doesn't aggravate my skin after shaving a very coarse beard."

"Gentle, gentle, gentle... The most effective and gentle spot remover I have ever used. I have use tons of different spot removers with salicylic acid or some sort of peroxide base and they all leave my skin red and irritated. Those aggressive heavy chemically based products are fast acting and effective at eliminating a breakout, but the irritation left in the place of the pimple looks bad and feels worse. Those other brands also make my skin very sensitive to sun exposure which can be frustrating as I am active outdoors."

I love this product. I have been using the whole Acne Control line of products, and this is the one I could not do without. Not only do I love the way it feels and smells, but it had really balanced my skin out, at a rather tumultuous hormonal time of unstable and unsightly skin! It calms everything down, giving my skin a dewy, fresh appearance. The oily areas and problem spots are under control. My aesthetician has even commented on the youthful elasticity of my skin, despite the hormonally induced blemishes I am battling at the moment. The longer I use these products, the more naturally balanced and clear my complexion is becoming. I am a cancer patient, so the fact that I am using pure and natural products on my skin is so important to me.

"I was on Proactiv a few years ago, and I loved it at first because I could see immediate results - probably within 1-2 weeks, if I can remember correctly. However, after a while, my acne started to come back. I tried other products, then went back to Proactiv. This time, after using Proactiv for a while, my skin not only had acne, but it was super dry. Even using their moisturizer, my skin felt tight and it felt like it couldn't breathe. So I stopped using Proactiv altogether and have just been trying different products since then. When I first tried Own, I was surprised at the immediate results. No other products (other than antibiotics) have given me immediate results since Proactiv. It's been 4 months, and my skin has settled down with no more large nasty bumps. My skin is moisturized and even the toner, which normally feels drying, makes my skin feel soft and fresh. And it's all natural too! Bonus."

"The breakout Control System is great. I have had a great deal of success controlling my breakouts and I see the clarity of my skin improving as I use the System with more regularity. I have not used another product that is as gentle and effective as the Own Breakout Control System. Compared to the Proactiv line I have found the Own products to work better with my combination of oily and dry skin. The gentle effect that the products have on my skin is a huge plus as I work in an active job setting and as a result will sometimes shower 3-4 times a day. When I was using the Proactiv line and prescription acne treatments multiple times a day I have found they could be very harsh on my skin- not the case with the Own line."

"Having oily skin I generally don't want to put lotion on my face because it's hard to find a product that is light enough that I doesn't feel like I amexacerbating the current condition of my skin. This lotion absorbs very evenly and quickly. After shaving my skin can dry out but I often avoid using lotion because it feels like it's clogging my pores. I don't get that feeling with this lotion because it is so light and quickly absorbed."
